Getting to know Caroline

Partnership begins with a conversation.

Sometimes you can see what could be possible before you know how to get there. You may care deeply about a need in your community, carry a vision for helping people, or sense that the right relationships could make something meaningful possible. Bringing the people, ideas, resources, and next steps together, however, can be difficult to do on your own.

Caroline is drawn to the space between what is and what could be. When you sit down with her, she wants to know more than what you do. She wants to understand what matters to you, what you are noticing, and what you hope might be possible. She listens for the heart behind what you are sharing, asks thoughtful questions, and notices connections between people, ideas, and resources. Her hope is that you leave feeling understood, encouraged, and clearer about what the next step could be.

At Pinnacle, Caroline’s work centers on community connections, partnership development, and strategic visioning. She builds relationships with churches, schools, nonprofits, businesses, donors, and community leaders. She helps people understand Pinnacle’s mission and recognize how they might become part of it through partnership, referrals, financial support, or shared community care.

Caroline also helps shape donor development, community outreach, events, communication, and organizational strategy. She has a gift for holding the heart of a vision while identifying the relationships, resources, and practical steps needed to move it forward. Ultimately, her work helps Pinnacle build sustainable support and connect more people with high-quality, professional counseling, including those who might otherwise be unable to afford it.

Her relational and strategic approach has been shaped by more than 20 years of ministry and nonprofit leadership. Caroline has served as a youth pastor, helped plant two churches, led women’s ministry, and spent years speaking, teaching, building communities, and training and developing leaders. She currently leads G.R.O.W. Women’s Community and is the founder of Restored Hope Collective.

Certified in Narrative-Focused Trauma Care through The Allender Center at The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology, Caroline brings a trauma-aware, story-centered lens to the way she listens, leads groups, and creates spaces for people to engage their stories with honesty and care. Her own experiences with traumatic loss, infertility, and a failed adoption, along with her own healing and story work, have deepened the way she listens to and honors the stories of others. Her visual communication background brings creativity and clarity to the way she shares vision and helps people connect with a larger mission. As a foster and adoptive parent, she also brings a personal understanding of families and the barriers people may face while seeking care.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys life with her husband, twin sons, and energetic daughter. She loves creating space for people to slow down and share meaningful conversations, whether that means gathering around a table or settling onto the couch with a good cup of tea. She values the kind of connection that helps people feel seen, known, and not alone. Her favorite kind of day includes sandy feet, salty air, and the ocean breeze in her hair.

Whether you represent a business, church, nonprofit, school, community organization, or you are simply an individual wondering how you might connect with Pinnacle, Caroline would love to sit down with you over a cup of coffee or tea and talk about the possibilities. She wants to hear what is on your heart, learn more about the people and needs you care about, and explore how Pinnacle might come alongside you or those you are supporting. Together, you can discover what connection or partnership might look like and dream about what God may have for the future.

Whether you are interested in making referrals, volunteering, praying, sharing resources, opening a community connection, collaborating, or giving financially, Caroline would love to connect over coffee or tea and talk about how we might work together to care for the people of Central Florida.
