Stress & Burnout Counseling
Stress & Burnout Counseling
Stress can build slowly until you realize you are no longer functioning or feeling like yourself. You may be carrying pressure from work, family, caregiving, finances, relationships, or responsibilities that never seem to stop. Over time, you may feel exhausted, irritable, disconnected, resentful, or unable to give anything more.
Stress and burnout can affect anyone, but they are especially common among people who spend much of their lives caring for, serving, leading, or responding to the needs of others. Ministry leaders, educators, healthcare workers, first responders, parents, caregivers, nonprofit professionals, and community leaders are often the people others depend on. When so much of your attention is focused on caring for others, it can be difficult to recognize how much you are carrying yourself.
Stress and burnout counseling gives you a safe place to identify and be honest about the weight you have been carrying. Your counselor will take time to care for you, understand the pressures, expectations, and patterns contributing to your exhaustion, and support you as you begin finding healthier and more sustainable ways to move forward.
Complimentary consultation: 15 minutes with a counselor.
