Our approach
Recovery is personal and supported in many different ways.
We understand that there is not one path that works for everyone. Your counselor will take time to understand your history, the support you currently have, what has been helpful, and what you want your life and recovery to look like moving forward.
This work may include identifying triggers, developing healthy coping skills, working through trauma or painful experiences, addressing anxiety or depression, rebuilding relationships, and creating routines that support your continued recovery. Your counselor will also respect and work alongside the treatment providers, recovery groups, sponsors, faith communities, and trusted relationships you choose to include.
Our goal is to support you as you maintain recovery and continue building a life that feels stable, meaningful, and connected.
Addiction Recovery Support does not replace detox, residential care, medication management, or intensive addiction treatment. If you need a higher level of care, your counselor will help connect you with appropriate resources.
