This website is operated by Pinnacle Counseling Institute (“Pinnacle,” “we,” “us”), a nonprofit counseling institute located in Winter Park, Florida. By using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
How we handle information collected through this website is described separately in our Privacy Policy.
Using this website does not create a counselor–client relationship. Reading these pages, submitting the contact form, or requesting an appointment does not by itself make you a client of Pinnacle Counseling Institute.
A professional relationship begins only when you and a Pinnacle counselor have agreed to work together and you have completed the intake and consent process that applies to counseling services.
Nothing on this website is mental health advice for your particular situation, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Counseling is personal, and what is right for one person is not right for another.
This website is not monitored continuously and must not be used to report an emergency.
If you are in crisis or concerned about your immediate safety or someone else’s, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not wait for a reply to a message sent through this site.
Descriptions of counseling approaches, conditions, and services on this site are general and educational. They are written to help you understand what we offer and decide whether to reach out. They are not a substitute for an evaluation by a qualified professional who knows your history.
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but content may become out of date, and we do not promise that every page is complete or free of error.
Appointment requests submitted through this website are requests, not confirmed appointments. An appointment is scheduled only when it has been confirmed by our office.
Our appointment request form and client portal are provided by an outside practice management service. Your use of that portal is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
Information about services, session fees, insurance plans, scholarships, and reduced-fee support is provided for general guidance and can change. Insurance participation and benefits in particular vary by plan and can change without notice from us.
Listing an insurance plan on this website is not a guarantee of coverage, eligibility, or payment for any particular person or service. Please verify your own benefits, and contact us with questions about cost before you begin.
Scholarship and reduced-fee support is limited and is not guaranteed to any applicant.
