Whether you are exploring counseling for yourself, caring for a family member, referring someone you serve, or partnering with our mission — here is what people most often want to know.

Taking the first step.

Reaching out is often the hardest part. Here is what you can expect when you do.

Call or text our office at (407) 657-5800, email info@pinnaclecounselor.com, or send a note through the contact page. Our team will help you find a counselor and a time that works for you.

Yes. Prospective clients may be able to schedule a brief, complimentary 15-minute consultation with a counselor. It is a comfortable way to ask questions, share what you are looking for, and see whether Pinnacle feels like a good fit. Contact our office to arrange one.

Our counselors bring different specialties, experiences, and personalities to their work. You can explore the team to see who may be a strong fit, and our office team is glad to help you think it through. A complimentary consultation can also help you decide.

The first session is mostly about getting to know each other. Your counselor will listen to your story, ask about what brings you in, and begin shaping an approach around your needs and goals. You set the pace — there is no pressure to share more than you are ready to.

Schedules vary by counselor. Contact our office and share the times that work best for you — our team will let you know what is currently available.

Absolutely. Many clients prefer counseling without spiritual discussion, and our counselors fully respect that. You will receive the same compassionate, professional care either way.

Cost, insurance & scholarships

Making care affordable.

Cost should never be the reason someone goes without support.

Learn about Financial Assistance

Session fees vary by counselor and type of service. Contact our office for current fees — and if cost is a concern, please ask about scholarships and reduced-fee support at the same time.

Assistance is considered on an individual basis, and options depend on eligibility, counselor availability, and current scholarship resources. The best way to find out is to contact our office and share a little about your situation.

No. Scholarships and reduced fees are limited resources, so assistance cannot be guaranteed. Our team will always be straightforward with you about what is currently possible.

Just reach out through the contact page or call or text (407) 657-5800 and mention that you would like information about financial assistance. Asking is a normal part of getting started here.
